SCGCP & SCGCS Application Portal

Welcome! We are happy that you and your child are interested in becoming part of the SCGCP or SCGCS family. We are excited at the opportunity to partner with you and your child on their educational and faith journey!

Need to complete an application packet? You're in the right place!

Follow the steps below to create your account and to access the application portal.

1. Click to Create an Account

To begin the application process, please click the "Create an Account" tab at the top of this page to create an application account. From there, you will be instructed to create a login, password, and verify your email via a message to your email account. Take note of your login for future reference as you will login to FACTS Family Portal using the same credentials in the future.

2. Click to Start Application 

Note: Prospective TK students must be 4 years old by Sept. 1, 2025. For Kindergarten, students must be 5 years old by Sept. 1, 2025.

You have the flexibility to log in and out of your application account without losing your data as it will autosave. There will be a green check mark for each section once you have completed all required fields.

3. Review, Pay Registration Fee, & Submit Application

Once all required fields of the application are complete, you must select "Review and Submit." At the end of the application packet, you will be asked to make your registration fee payment before the application is successfully submitted and available for our staff to review.

4. Submit Any Outstanding Documents

Please be sure that all required documents are provided to the admissions office. For most applicants, this is captured in the Document Upload section of the application packet.

5. Processing by SCGCP & SCGCS Staff

You will receive a confirmation email after successfully submitting your application. We will reach out after we review your application regarding an admission decision by email.

6. Admitted? Complete Enrollment Packet

If you are a newly admitted family, congratulations! You will receive an email with instructions to access your student's enrollment packet via FACTS Family Portal. If you have any difficulties accessing Family Portal to complete the enrollment packet, please reach out to Miguel Hinojosa (miguel@seacoastgrace.org), SCGCP & SCGCS Administrator.
